Shipping Policy

ProSmiles ships at-home teeth impression kits to eligible locations based on the shipping options available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, pack, and release the order for shipment. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Available shipping options may include:

- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping

Shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and prices are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of ProSmiles’ control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ProSmiles is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, ProSmiles is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or tracking delays. If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.
